With 25 years of experience as a physiotherapist and a Master’s degree in Gerontology (studies of ageing), I have worked closely with people on their journeys toward better movement, function, and quality of life.
Throughout my career, in addition to treating common (musculoskeletal) orthopedic conditions, I have worked extensively with individuals living with neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s disease, and stroke (CVA).
My expertise also includes rehabilitation following acute hospitalization and deconditioning, recovery after orthopedic surgeries and fractures, fall-prevention, and the assessment and treatment of dizziness and balance disorders.In addition, I have specialized in women’s pelvic health, supporting women through different stages of life. These experiences continually reinforce my belief in the importance of movement, health, and lifelong well-being.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy exploring nature and staying active through walking and cycling.
